Villa Margaretha is an Art Nouveau house in Tartu which was built in 1911-1919.
I modelled this building based on historical blueprints. Original drafts were a bit different than the building today - it has had built multiple extensions by now.
I decided to place the villa in natural environment instead of the city to practice creating an organic environment.
Modelled in Blender, tekstures and surroundings in Unreal Engine.
In Unreal Engine I used PCG (Procedural Content Generation) for placing the trees and plants. The models and textures used in the the environment are from Quixel Bridge Megascans.
